The fact that these people took time to comment on our service and products and allow us to use their recommendations is a testimony to our desire to provide a high standard of personalised customer service.

Our aim is to provide quality "free-from" products which you can be sure are safe. Employing staff with a pathology background, we fully understand the need for product integrity and the high standards required to ensure customers have no adverse reaction when baking with our products. To give you peace of mind, all products are ELISA tested to ensure that no cross contamination has occurred anywhere in the food chain, from grower to the final retail/prescription pack that you use in your kitchen. We feel strongly that those with coeliac disease or other food intolerances should have access to foods which are similar in texture and taste to those that contain gluten or other allergens. Accordingly, we sell “basic building block” products that allow customers to create great tasting foods and at a reasonable cost.

Alternatively, click here to download the prescription form in Word format. A prepaid prescription costs £27.85 for 3 months or £102.50 for an annual certificate from April 2008

We would like Pure Products to remain affordable for those of you who do not qualify to receive products on prescription - i.e. those with wheat or other food intolerances, autistic children, those with IBS etc. so costs are kept to a minimum. Catering and bulk packs are also available for those of you who batch bake or for gluten-free bakeries, so please contact us if you require prices.
