ACBS approval means that this quality blended flour is available via NHS prescription. It contains both white and brown rice flours along with potato and tapioca starches and can be substituted in almost any recipe to produce a tasty gluten-free version of the original recipe.

This product is completely gluten and wheat-free.

Supplied in foil sachets, a generous 1kg of product allows baking of several different recipes from one purchase. Check out the recipe section on the website for ideas using this product. This flour contains no additives, it is also free from corn, casein, lactose, soya, egg, yeast and sugar.
